Cancellation and Refund policy
At A2N Metal Laser Corporation, we value our customers and strive to provide the best services. However, if you wish to cancel your project, the following policy will apply:
1. Project Booking
If the cancellation request is received within 48 hours of order booking, you will receive a 100% refund.
2. Design in Progress
If the cancellation request is received after 48 hours from order booking, 5% of the project value will be deducted as design PPT & marketing cost. The balance amount will be refunded.
If the cancellation request is received after 1 week of booking, or after the design team has started work or visited the site (whichever is earlier), the entire booking amount or 10% of the project value (whichever is higher) will be deducted.
3. Design in Progress / Site Work
If the cancellation request is received after the site work has started, no refund will be provided.
If the woodwork is in progress at the factory, the customer is obligated to pay the remaining project value.
